Sarah was drawn to Maidstone Innovation Centre because of the opportunity to be part of a pioneering initiative led by Maidstone Borough Council. She finds excitement in building and nurturing projects that contribute to a vibrant environment where ground-breaking ideas can flourish. “I’m motivated by the potential to make a lasting impact and help shape a dynamic landscape in healthcare and technology,” she says.

In her diverse role as Centre Manager, Sarah manages everything from building maintenance to parking arrangements, with a focus on creating networking opportunities. She actively researches and engages with stakeholders to initiate collaborations that support innovation in healthcare. A typical day for Sarah might involve reviewing budgets, coordinating events, and ensuring that tenants feel welcomed and supported.
